Founded by experienced teachers, TLC specialises in identifying and addressing the underlying barriers that can affect a child’s progress, including confidence, anxiety, motivation and learning behaviours. We offer a structured six-week programme that helps children develop the skills they need to become more confident, regulated and ready to learn.

Our approach focuses on how children learn rather than what they learn, and we work alongside schools and tutors to bridge the gap between home and school. The Learning Consultancy provides tailored support for children and families through one-to-one sessions, parent guidance and signposting to further support where needed.

Our Team
We’re a small team of dedicated primary school teachers with over 30 years of combined experience in a range of schools, independent and state. Driven by our belief that pastoral care is key to a child’s ability to thrive, we bring both academic and emotional support to every child we work with. In addition to being qualified primary school teachers, our qualifications also cover Forest School pedagogy, neurodiversity coaching and holistic family coaching.
