My coaching technique is informed by my own lived experience of AuDHD and in supporting my children. I aim to help you to identify the areas where differences in the way the brain operates can positively, rather than negatively, impact your life, enabling you to create strategies that turn challenges into positive outcomes. I love working with families, teens and adults, in preparation for and post diagnosis, as well as those self identified. I am a certified Advanced Life Coach specialising in ADHD, hold a diploma in Applied Nutrition, and have completed further training in food behaviour, Autism research, as well as being a qualified yoga teacher. I hope that my combination of expertise in nervous system health, specialist knowledge as well as personal experience living and parenting neurodivergence gives you a unique support partner. Coaching offers the chance for parents to dig deep for answers to issues that hold their child back from meeting their true potential, for older kids and teens to review options in their educational setting and learn to advocate for themselves. We explore ways that you can develop personalised strategies to improve focus, support emotional regulation, enhance motivation & lift executive function.
