Goodworth House is an intimate concert series bringing classical music back into the rooms it was written for. Based in a private home in Goodworth Clatford, we present chamber concerts and concert lectures - from richly expressive works by Beethoven, Janáček and Wagner to the magic of Mozart's operas - performed by outstanding professional musicians.

Our concert lectures pair live performance with engaging history and insight, while our evening concerts offer a fuller programme in warm, welcoming surroundings. Inspired by the Viennese Schubertiade tradition, we're creating a "Wigmore Hall in the village," where first-time listeners, seasoned concertgoers and children feel equally at home. With just 25 seats, every evening is relaxed, personal and genuinely special.
