Westover Farm Partnership is a diversified rural business located very close to Farleigh School. We have around 1,200 acres of arable crops and a countryside stewardship scheme, including extensive wildflower margins and winter bird seed plots. We are committed to conservation and undertake frequent monitoring of our farmland birdlife and rare arable plants.

Westover also has a property portfolio comprising residential and business business units (office, workshop and storage). In addition, we also host Rowbury Farm Camping and Westover Market Garden. The latter is a small organic unit producing fresh local vegetables for local businesses and veg boxes. The many businesses which operate on the farm include Nadia Waterfield Fine Art, Ironsight Activities, Tama UK Ltd and Ottie's.

Westover fishery comprises 2 miles of the River Anton, well know for excellent dry fly fishing for trout and grayling. The Anton has been the focus of an ambitious chalkstream restoration project aimed at making the river more suitable for wild trout and salmon and more resilient to climate change.
