Family nutrition is at the heart of our NatureDoc clinical team of 20 nutritional therapists located throughout the UK (and one in Australia). Our clients are mainly from London and the home counties, and we also have a nationwide and global reach.
We are best known for our expertise in paediatric nutrition, particularly neurodiversity and mental health in the young. We also have a team of women’s health and hormone specialists, and we see many men seeking nutritional advice for gut health and burnout.
Lucinda has written three family cookbooks - The Good Stuff, I Can't Believe It's Baby Food and Brain Brilliance. She is a popular podcast guest and speaks at schools and other events on nutrition. She also consults with schools on their whole school food ethos and menu offerings.
NatureDoc also has an online health store offering a hand-picked collection of supplements and natural goodies with a free service to get advice on supplement recommendations. We also offer online nutrition courses for autism and ADHD, as well as quarterly Mastercasts.
